Our Story

The Rare Diamond theory was developed through years of practical application, studying the behaviour of people in our personal and professional lives and through academic research. Since we started training and consulting based on The Rare Diamond principles, the results have been nothing short of spectacular.

Our founding team have between them over 50 years of experience in board positions across a variety of sectors and ranging from small family-run businesses to multinational corporations. Through collaboration with prominent Professors in Psychology, the theory has been developed and given a firm grounding in psychological theory as well as the practical application.
